About the clinic

Our clinic in Keynsham (between Bath and Bristol) is calm, friendly and practical. There’s on‑site parking, two private treatment rooms and a small rehab space so we can assess, treat and coach in one place. We use POCUS to show you how your muscles are working in real time, and we offer focused shockwave therapy where it’s appropriate. It’s not about gadgets for the sake of it; it’s about choosing the right tool at the right time.

Our mission

To provide specialist pelvic health care that’s kind, evidence‑informed and easy to understand. We listen carefully, explain clearly and treat with purpose—so you can make steady, confident progress.

How we work

We start by hearing your story and how symptoms are affecting day‑to‑day life. Then we assess movement and muscle function, including the pelvic floor if that’s relevant and you consent. We’ll talk you through what we find and why it matters, then build a plan that fits your life. As your symptoms change, your plan changes with you.

Our values

Respect and consent come first. Clarity beats jargon. Care is personal, not one‑size‑fits‑all. We collaborate with GPs and consultants when that helps. And we keep learning, because the evidence moves on—and so do we.

A note on our scope

Pelvic health is our core focus. In time, we’re growing thoughtfully into broader women’s and men’s health that naturally sits alongside it. We’ll introduce new services gradually, and only when we can offer them to the standard you’d expect.
