Focused shockwave therapy (fESWT)

Focused shockwave delivers targeted acoustic waves to stimulate tissue repair and blood flow. We use focused—not radial—shockwave so we can treat deeper structures precisely and comfortably. It can be helpful for certain pelvic and musculoskeletal conditions. We’ll always discuss suitability and what the evidence suggests in your situation before starting.
Find out more about Focused Shockwave Therapy and how it supports recovery for both men’s and women’s health.

Point‑of‑care ultrasound (POCUS)

POCUS gives a real‑time view of pelvic floor movement and bladder function. Many people find it reassuring to see what their muscles are doing; it also helps us coach technique. It can be used alongside, or instead of, an internal assessment depending on what’s appropriate and what you prefer as well as being useful to visualise the effectiveness of bladder emptying.
