Melissa brings over a decade of experience across NHS pelvic health and musculoskeletal services. Her pelvic health experience includes working at senior levels within NHS pelvic health teams, alongside consultants in Urology, Urogynaecology, Post-Obstetric Injury and Colorectal clinics. She was also part of the Perinatal Pelvic Health Service pilot, a pioneering project that has since been rolled out nationally — reflecting her commitment to advancing best practice in women’s health.
She has a particular interest in helping women return to running and strength training after pregnancy and in supporting recovery following obstetric injury. Expect thoughtful assessment, practical treatment and a plan that fits busy life. Training includes POGP female urinary dysfunction and childbearing year/OASI, dyspareunia and vaginismus, diastasis rehab, pelvic floor and lower bowel dysfunction, POCUS foundation, pregnancy‑related lumbopelvic rehab and APPI Pilates.
