Amy is our Practice Administrator, helping to keep Pelvix running smoothly behind the scenes and making sure our patients have a positive experience from their very first contact with us.
With a background spanning healthcare management, the NHS and the voluntary sector, Amy brings a wealth of experience in organisation, communication and patient experience. Her previous roles have included NHS complaints management and dental practice management, giving her a strong understanding of how important it is for people to feel listened to, supported and well cared for.
Alongside her role at Pelvix, Amy is a qualified person-centred counsellor with a special interest in bereavement and loss. She also volunteers with the spiritual care team at St Peter’s Hospice, supporting patients and their loved ones.
Amy is naturally warm, compassionate and approachable. Her thoughtful, people-centred approach fits perfectly with the values at Pelvix.
